SUMMARY OF MINUTES FROM MEETING ON 17/11/06

- Alan Dunnett Workshop
Brian will send out an email suggesting an informal meeting for people interested
in the workshop. This will give people an opportunity to form groups and talk to the
other people who want to get involved.
- Downing Ball Film
It was agreed that Kirsty, Bella, Rachel and Chris would take charge of making the film,
inviting volunteers from the Cinecam membership to take on various roles in production.
- Camera Hire
A company contacted Brian, asking about hiring the camera for one day. It was agreed that
we would charge them £20/day.
- Constitution
The new constitution was approved. Lydia will take it to the Proctors' Office.
- Committee Curry
This will take place at the Curry King. Rachel will arrange.
- Accounts
Brian reported that he had visited the Norwich and Peterborough Building Society. He
should be able to get access to our account after his own bank has confirmed his postal
address to them.
- 48-Hour Competition
The maximum length will be given as 5 minutes this time. The theme/inspiration will be a
quotation from Alfred Hitchcock.
