SUMMARY OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Nominations for committee positions were as follows:
§ Brian Lavery for President
§ Rob Petit for Vice-President
§ Kiera Jamison for Vice-President
§ Chris Chau for Treasurer
§ Kirsty Dootson for Festival Manager
§ Bella Wing-Davey for Publicity Officer
§ Lydia Bell for Website Manager
Some paper votes were collected, with remaining votes to be cast by e-mail before midnight and
results to be announced the following day. There were no nominations for Secretary, Technical
Officer or Deputy Festival Manager and nominations will be reopened for these.
- Committee Handover
Owing to half the 2005/06 committee being absent, it was
decided to deal with all handover issues at another meeting later the same week.
