- Essential Travel Sponsorship Proposal
It was unanimously decided to forgo the sponsorship proposal from Essential Travel.
- Lent Term Squash
§ The Squash will be held at CRASSH.
§ Bella and Brian will buy snacks and drink beforehand.
§ Bella and Kirsty will check with Jenny whether
laptops will be required and, if so, will bring theirs.
- Committee Meal
Rachel will book this for after the Squash.
- Scriptwriting Competition
Bella will send an email to clarify that the 10-page limit was stated to imply a
10-minute time limit for entries. Should pages run over because the writer has included
lots of description, this is okay as long as it would come out at a maximum of 10 minutes
running time.
- Super 8mm Experience
It was decided that the entry fees be per group as opposed to the usual per individual
fees. This is because of the expense of the reels and developing them.
- Website Alumni List
Bella suggested having a list of past Cinecam members posted on the website, maybe with
brief details of where they are now. Contact details would not be put up, but perhaps
the committee could keep them on record and help current members get in touch with
specific past members on request. This would of course require the permission of our
alumni and is something Bella and Kirsty will look into.
