GUIDELINES FOR ENTERING A FILM
The deadline for entering a film into the festival this year is midday on Wednesday 1st March
in the pigeonholes of either Jennifer Leow at New Hall or Brian Lavery at King's, pigeonhole number 690.
Entries must be on either DV tape or DVD. If you are having problems getting your film onto DV tape or
DVD, please contact Henry Lau (hwhl2). The entry fee is £5 for
non-members and £3 for half-members; full members may enter their films free of charge.
Please make cheques payable to Cinecam and include them when you enter your film.
If your film is not chosen for the main screening, your cheque will not be cashed.
We welcome films and documentaries on any subject matter. There is no limit to the
length of each film, but entrants should be aware that the festival screening is limited
to 2 hours and therefore brevity is an asset.
If you have already finished your film, it would be greatly appreciated if you could hand in
your tapes and DVDs as soon as possible as this gives us more time to view them.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with either the festival
manager, Jenny Leow (jerl2), or the deputy festival manager,
Brian Lavery (bl257).
Best of luck!
