Name: Tomasz (Tomek II) Mantyk

Elected in what he claims were fully democratic elections now he tries to make the society run smoothly and in a more or less desirable direction. He owes his position to his successes as a secretary, when out of two speakers he managed to invite one forgot to come and the other nearly killed himself on his way. Well-known for his passion for soft drinks such as ales, nonetheless indulges himself occasionally with Zubrowka and than gives passionate speeches. He's also convinced of his vocal talents, which he displays on the annual may week bonfire. And he is NOT the son of Tomek I.

An active member of the society for longer than anyone can remember, used to hold the supreme power until a small coup forced him to retirement. Now he's happy supervising our language classes and occasionally making experiments on brains of society's members. He is a walking encyclopedia of the history of Cambridge societies and a member of all of them. He also holds the world record in ‚swimming across Cam with your bike while drunk‘. The other member of the society's very own male singing band Tomek&Tomek.

Name: Slav Griga
Position: Secretary
College: Girton
Year of Graduation: 2000

He stands out in the committee for preferring Ruski Standard to Zubrowka. He has a unique skill of dragging drunk people to our parties and making them spend lots of money on drinks. He tried these skills on some prospective speakers with a remarkable success. Slav is also the society's lawyer, so if any of you want to sue us, beware of our mighty defender. In Ukraine Slav is a celebrity and receives police escort each time he visits it, or at least so he claims.

Name: Jakub Scaber
Position: Treasurer
College: Girton
Year of Graduation: 2000

He's the only person in the society who knows exactly how much money we've got. Normally there isn't much to know in that matter, so bequest are more than welcomed. His other job is being the guardian angel of the president and making sure that top power finds itself safely in his room after each party without starting some international hostilities. He is probably the only student in Girton who has neither a bike nor a mobile (you are encouraged to present him with both). He was granted honorary citizenship of Ukraine for his great contribution to ‚the Orange Revolution‘.

Name: Ewa Urban
Position: The Social Officer
College: Queens
Subject: Economics
Year of Graduation: 2007

In her eventful life Ewa lived already in three continents: Europe, Asia and Britain. She takes care of the legendary collection of vodkas owned by the society (that's the only thing we posses). She claims that she can get drunk with one glass of wine, but the last vodka party seemed to have done her little harm. Ewa is in charge of the parties we organise, and the delightful sandwiches are usually of her making.

Name: Piotr Zuralski
Position: The Publicity Officer.
College: Robinson
Year of Graduation: 2000

Scientist, painter, musician, film star, literary critic and rower all in one person. He is the person who has the power of removing and adding people to our mailing list. Cinema lover, constantly quoting famous movies. Known for his energetic pogo style, which once made costed him some half a litre of blood and a visit in Adenbrooks.

Name: Giedre Motuzaite
Position: The Special Events Officer.
College: Downing
Year of Graduation: 2000

Our very own 007 for all sorts of special missions. Often assisted by an American special agent, Steve. She claims, probably rightly, that the centre of Europe is somewhere near her home town of Vilnus. Giedre is unsurpassed in making wreathes for the St John's night. She's also very helpful in making all sorts of food for our parties.

Name: Wojtek Koryczan
Position: The Webmaster.
College: Trinity
Year of Graduation: 2000

Wojtek is responsible for (should be blamed for) the current outlook of the website, which pleases the president so much. Empty sections on the website are his absolute speciality. As a stoic in everyday life he withstands every disapproving opinion (of the website) and choses to update the website only when he pleases (arguably, that's a good attitude). Besides IT matters he also helps with other works of the society and is an expert on Polish gherkins.

Name: David Szuts
Position: The Senior Treasurer.
College: Gonville&Caius
Year of Graduation: 2000

As a fellow of G&C David can book as rooms free of charge, which makes him the greatest asset of the society. An expert on Hungarian wine which he provides for our parties. Together with Slav and Giedre he ensures that the society is not Polish dominated, although he recently sold his heart and soul to a beautiful Polish girl.
