It's our pleasure to announce that the Annual General Meeting will take place at 6pm, Monday 10 March, in the Erasmus Room, Queens' College. This is your chance to get involved with the committee, and/or share any new ideas or suggestions you have for the society. The meeting and elections will be rather informal, and snacks and drinks will be availabe.

If you are interested in running for a position, or have any questions, please email Zoltan. The Annual Dinner will take place on the following day (Tuesday 11 March, meet at 7pm at the bar) at New Hall, as Michal already mentioned. Everyone is welcome, and those who are planning to join the committee are encouraged to attend. See its own page for further information.

How to find the Erasmus Room in Queens': From the Porters' Lodge, turn right and cross the bridge to the old part of Queens'. Head right under the cloisters. Pass the first entrance into Pump court. Just before reaching the Old Hall and Kitchens, which are the black wooden panelling, turn right into Pump Court (second entrance). The Erasmus room is to the left, I staircase. Take a look at the map.
