CEACS again takes a commonly misunderstood cultural offering to present another fabulous night of making East Asian culture accessible via the medium of music and free sake! And along the way we’ll be aiding a charity that supports orphans. Look down for details!

Gwen: figure of controversy

KONNICHI WA MOTHERF**KERS!

One of life’s biggest complaints, affecting roughly 95% of the global population (complete shit statistic) is that MOST girls AREN’T Japanese

The premise of the party is:
“Everyone dress as a chong japanese yat”

And no that doesn’t automatically mean that I had anything to do with choosing the theme
That said
Whoever’s idea it was - YOKATTA YOU DUN NO

This “chong rave” (Chinese for chong rave) at Kambar aims to correct this massive global issue by forcing as many cantabrians dem as possible to dress up directly in keeping with my own personal sexual fantasies*

If that isn’t immediately appealing, then maybe this is:

FREE SAKE FOR THE FIRST 50 HARAJUKU MANDEM/GYAL:
If you’ve never tried Sake, here is your chance. And if you’ve never paid for alcohol, now isn’t the time to start.

PRIZES FOR THE BEST DRESSED!!!
When was the last time you went to Kambar and had the option of winning prizes?! It certainly wasn’t at my night! You’ll dress up anyway, because dressing up is jokes, but now you get paid to do it properly! Nani!?

HAPPY HOUR BEFORE 11 - DRINKS £1
Oh my dayz!? I can hardly believe it as I’m writing it. Unless I’m horribly mistaken everything will ACTUALLY be £1 pound before 11pm. That’s crazy!

£1 TEQUILA / SAMBUCA - ALL NIGHT!!!
Just because you’ve had 50 free Sake shots, 7 £1 stellas and 3 Barnstormers (and you are lying face down in a pile of your own sick because I NEVER. EVER. turn the strobe off so don’t even ask) DOESN’T mean you don’t wanna take advantage of yet another ridiculous all night drinks deal

*Also just so I’m not accused of getting carried away and being horribly sexist, boys, you don’t have to dress up as a harajuku girl. You can dress as a harajuku mandem. Despite what you all probably think I’m NOT so desperate that I’ll hit anything vaguely oriental wearing lipstick.
