Call for papers
The call for papers has now closed.
The Sixth University of Cambridge Postgraduate Conference invites invite postgraduate students to submit abstracts for 20 minute oral presentations as well as poster presentations. As this is a postgraduate conference, we regret that submissions from people with PhDs will be rejected, although such people would, of course, be very welcome to attend the conference as delegates.
We accept papers in the following areas of language research:
Abstracts must be anonymous and should not contain the author's name or any other identifying information. Abstracts must be no more than 300 words (excluding references), written in 12-point Times New Roman, fully justified, and single spaced with top/bottom and left/right margins of 2.5 cm. In case IPA or any other special symbols are required, any Unicode font may be used but Arial Unicode MS, Charis SIL and Doulos SIL are preferred.
Abstracts are to be submitted in Word or PDF format via the LinguistList EasyAbs submission system. There you will be asked to indicate whether your abstract is to be considered for oral or poster presentation as well as the area of language research that it falls in. Notification of acceptance will be by Friday 8 October 2010.
