1. Cell Group Sharing

This week we will be having cell group sharing with our fellow brothers and sisters, to share all our joys and worries and pray for each other! Again this will be another shortened meeting aiming to finish at 8:30pm, so please arrive prompt for dinner! ;)

QQ will (still!) be cooking dinner this week. Anyone who can come to help with cooking and/or washing up, please let QQ (qh205@cam.ac.uk) know and arrive at Henry Martyn Hall at 5:15pm.

- you are not on the NEW easter term default list but would like to have dinner
- you are on the default list but cannot make dinner this week
- you are going to be late for dinner and wish to have dinner reserved for you
- you wish to add your name to the default list


Again please kindly do the above so that we can prepare enough food for everybody.

Please make an effort to arrive as on time as possible especially now that people have tighter schedules in the exam term and this would help us to start our main program on time.

2. Meal boxes from the free meal distribution service

For those who are enjoying the delightful free meal service every monday and thursday can you please wash the meal box (excluding the container for soup and/or dessert) and kindly bring it back to JF or hand it to Uncle Alan, so that it may be re-used?

Our dear sister Helen has wonderfully created this prayer corner especially for most of us who are facing exams or project deadlines. Please SUBMIT your prayer items so that WE, as bros and sis in Christ, may come TOGETHER tosupport and pray for each other in this time of stress and challenge! You may search by date to know who to pray for. Our brothers and sisters in Paul Group has also kindly offered to pray for our exam needs, so put all your worries into the prayer corner!

1. Prayer Meeting

Mark 11:24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.


This week we begin our series of shortened meetings, where we will still have dinner at 6:30, but our programme will finish by 8:30 latest. Apart from the normal worship session, we meet together this week for a time to support each other in prayers. Especially in the stressful period of exams and project deadlines we should not underestimate the power of prayers and the support of fellow brothers and sisters!

Should you have prayer items that you wish other brother and sisters to pray for you, please contact your group leader or our PIC this week, Hilda (htht2@cam.ac.uk). Or alternatively you can also use our prayer corner to submit your prayer items(details below).

Free Meal distribution for all exam-takers

Good news to all of you who have exams coming up!

Uncle Alan kindly offers to distribute a FREE meal consisting of ONE dish
and ONE portion of soup (so you still need to cook your own rice!)at 6:00
PM every Monday and Thursday(until the first week of June) to ALL of you in
the following locations:

3. Newnham

1. Conclusive Talk on Acts by Pastor Alan Wong

After an entertaining video night on the journeys of Peter and Paul (with ice-cream!), Pastor Alan Wong has kindly agreed to give us a conclusive talk about the Book of Acts for which we have been studying for the past year. It will surely give us a nice overview and conclusion to what we have been learning in the past months.

"Amazing Love" Good News Sunday Worship

Impressed by God's work in the "Tears in Heaven" musical? Wanting to hear more about the faith? Then you must not miss this! Cambridge Chinese Christian Church has organized a "Good News Sunday Worship" on 14 May at 2 pm in St.Columbas Church. The theme is "Amazing Love". There will be great songs and sharing and a short talk.
