Week 6 - Singspiration! (shortened meeting)

Dearest brothers and sisters,

1. Singspiration
2. To Leavers
3. Prayer Corner
4. Meal boxes from the free meal distribution service

-------------------------
1. Singspiration

Psalm 33:1 Sing joyfully to the LORD, you righteous;
it is fitting for the upright to praise him.

This week we will be having Singspiration to sing praises to our King! Whether you have finished your exams or projects or work, or in the midst of struggling through, or waiting for it to happen, refresh your souls in singing praises and leave your worries to the lord!

Again this will be another shortened meeting aiming to finish at 8:30pm, so please arrive prompt for dinner! ;)

*** DINNER ***
Hilda's group will be cooking dinner this week. Anyone who can come to help with cooking and/or washing up, please let Hilda (htht2@cam.ac.uk) know and arrive at Henry Martyn Hall at 5:15pm.

PLEASE email jfdinner@yahoo.co.uk if
- you are not on the NEW easter term default list but would like to have dinner
- you are on the default list but cannot make dinner this week
- you are going to be late for dinner and wish to have dinner reserved for you
- you wish to add your name to the default list

Again please kindly do the above so that we can prepare enough food for everybody.

Please make an effort to arrive as on time as possible especially now that people have tighter schedules in the exam term and this would help us to start our main program on time.

-------------------------
2. To Leavers

If you are leaving this year and cannot attend the farewell party on the 14th June, please contact Janis (jl421@cam.ac.uk) so that we can be informed and prepare accordingly.

If you are a leaver you should shortly receive a separate email with regard to "leaver affairs" - should you not receive an email please email Janis (jl421@cam.ac.uk)

Many Thanks.

----------------------------------------
3. Prayer Corner (especially for those who finished exams!)

"I tell you that if TWO of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven." (Matthew 18:19)

Our dear sister Helen has wonderfully created this prayer corner especially for most of us who are facing exams or project deadlines. For all the brothers and sisters finishing exams and projects you are strongly encouraged to pray for our dear brother and sisters still sitting or going to sit exams!

4. Meal boxes from the free meal distribution service

For those who are enjoying the delightful free meal service every monday and thursday can you please wash the meal box (excluding the container for soup and/or dessert) and kindly bring it back to JF or hand it to Uncle Alan, so that it may be re-used.

For those who are taking exams and wish to add your name on the list, or know more about this service, please contact QQ (qh205@cam.ac.uk).

Many thanks!

In Christ,
Janis
