Miss Caius, date unconfirmed, Harvey Court JCR

Ah yes, our infamous annual cross-dressing pageant, one of the few rare nights in a man's life when society allows him to delve deep into his feminine side and unleash the goddess within. If you're not feeling up to the challenge of challenging for the highly esteemed title of Miss Caius (currently held by Deepak Chandrasekharan), then you can also sit and enjoy (and stock up on incriminating photos) as our band of lovely "ladies" strut their stuff before our panel of judges. Of course the bar will be open and if you're really lucky, one of our delectable divas may even offer you a lapdance for your troubles.

RAG Poker, every Thursday in the Harvey Court JCR

Bring your poker face and possibly some large dark sunglassed down to Harvey Court JCR on thursdays, 8pm onwards for some fast and furious, high stakes (kinda) Texas Hold'em action. Entry is a fiver, as is the buy in. The bar will also be open.

Blind Date, February 2007

Organized by CambridgeRAG, Blind Date is RAG's largest student event of the year. For just a fiver, you get a form from one of our RAG reps, hand it back and within a few days the details of your date will appear magically in your pigeon-hole. Blind Date is a great way to meet someone new (and maybe even get lucky), and there will doubtless be numerous special offers from various bars/clubs available only to Blind Daters. Please note, if you have any special preferences as to the characteristics of your date, or even if you just want us to get hold of someone specific that you've been stalking on Facebook, then you can pay a little extra (not a bribe...) and we'll do our best. More details at a later date...

Bungee Jumping, date unconfirmed

Get slowly lifted above Cambridge to a height of 180ft, and then plummet back to earth all in the name of charity. More details at a later date...

RAG Carnival

The University RAG carnival takes place once a year, during which colleges parade their themed floats around Cambridge amidst a frenzy of collecting and general charitable goodness. More details at a later date...

Jailbreak, Lent Term 2007

The concept is simple enough. Get as far away from Cambridge as you can in 36 hours and get people to sponsor you for it. The catch, however, is that you're not allowed to spend any of your own money on transport. Any transport must be funded by money blagged from unsuspecting members of the public. So in reality, not so simple. But fear not, becuase people have got as far as Toronto, Hawaii, and even Tokyo. So if you find yourself fed up of the same old Cambridge routine then do something about it and run away as far as you can, all the while doing your bit for charity. Entree costs £35, which includes insurance, a coach fare, and a t-shirt. More details at a later date...
