Sponsorship opportunities at the Cambridge University Bangladesh Society
The simplest and most effective way for your company to benefit from CUBS is by sponsoring one of our sporting, social, cultural and intellectual events.
SPEAKER EVENTS
The flagship events of CUBS are our distinguished guest speakers where prominent and eminent persons come to deliver a lecture at Cambridge. Speaker events consist of a talk and a Q&A session with a leading figure.
We always try to work with the sponsor to meet their needs. Sponsorship of a speaker event brings with it some or all of the following:

Commercial stands during the event, allowing the distribution of promotional material;

Your company advertised on all publicity distributed to all colleges and departments in Cambridge University and across the town;

Hyperlinks to your corporate website from the CUBS website;

Acknowledgement of your company in our newsletters and event reminders, e-mailed to all members and mailing lists of the society;

Explicit thanks for your sponsorship by the President at the beginning of the event.

Invitations to representatives from your organisation that may attend the sponsored event, as well as any dinner afterwards and reception beforehand where they will meet the guest speaker.
Speaker events are subject to change or cancellation in the case of the speaker being unable to attend. Should your company not wish to take advantage of all the components of the full package, reduced rates may be negotiated. ENTERTAINMENTS AND SOCIAL EVENTS
Also important to CUBS are the social events that take place. There are a variety of options available from sponsorship of an existing event to one-off events.

Our website receives many visitors, and is a reliable source of up-to-date information for the membership and all those interested in our activities. The website is constantly updated by our Webmaster, and provides general information about the society, as well as details of events and the latest society news. Any advertisement will provide prolonged exposure to a large and wide market.
