We are pleased to announce a special event taking place on Wednesday October 22nd, as Jean Vanier, founder of L'Arche will be visiting Cambridge. He will be speaking on 'Making the World More Human' in Great St Mary's at 8.00pm.

Sharing a Small Planet

Our next Consultation, on the theme 'Sharing a Small Planet', will be held in Michaelmas term 2008. A wide variety of events are planned to take place from mid-October to mid-November including:

  • MBA Seminar on Environment and Religion as the context of doing business around the world.
  • 6th Form meeting with the ethical foods buyer from a multinational food store.
  • "Greening Older Buildings" seminar for those who care for older buildings in Cambridgeshire.
  • Poster day on Strategies and Research for a Sustainable Future to be held at Great St Mary's.
  • Business park event looking at the response of businesses to climate change.
