Cloak & Dagger Mafia IV - Game Awards

For various achievements and entertainments, the following awards are presented:

The Lemming Award for the first to die:
Michael Richards, dead before the umpire had recovered from the after-effects of the SoGP
The Saddam Hussein Award for lack of firepower:
Alex Atkins was apparently armed only with a knife while playing as Mafia.
The Jim Bowie award for the best knifeman:
Gordon Ball got four, if the umpire can count.
The Holzhauer Award for psychopathy:
Jacob Samuel Corteen, for four kills in as many days.
The Mario Sainz-Martinez Award for cowwuption:
Adam Biltcliffe, for offering bribes for the umpire to translate other people's pseudonyms into Italian.
Under investigation:
George Davies, for offering to bribe the umpire to make him Mafia, so that he could kill Jacob Samuel Corteen (he then came up Mafia in the random selection anyway, honest - but it appears the dice are not without a sense of irony)
The Laurel And Hardy Award for most amusing double-act:
Steve McCann and Emma Pewsey, for a nicely labelled photo, some "interesting" address details, and dying one after the other.
Assassins can be cute too:
Jenny Scott-Thompson and Philip Bielby were also successive deaths.
The Most Ironic Death Award:
Rosemary Warner for "If you're mafia then I'm screwed".
The David Duffit Award for secrecy and deception:
Felicity Boyce had Richard Gibson entirely convinced she was a townsperson.
The Darwin Award for death by stupidity:
Alex Atkins, who attacked Adam Biltcliffe's home while considerably underarmed, failing to realise that Xanth lived in the same house.
Shallow end of the gene pool:
Han-Ley Tang for charging Richard Gibson and Felicity Boyce.
The Ginger Cake Award for the smoothest kill:
Gordon Ball for running up to and stabbing Jennifer Scott-Thompson despite the fact that she was on a bike.
The Leek and Safe Award for most interesting weaponry:
Philip Bielby, who asked if "Dook dook!" was sufficient labelling for his Pherret.
The Three Hours Early Award for paranoia:
Xanth spent that long in Borders to avoid being attacked on the way in or out, and was also in Sidney Sussex for sunday's CUCAS meeting about three hours early.
The Girton Award for the kill furthest away:
Felicity Boyce for going to Girton and then killing not Paul David Morris, but Xanth, who was attacking him at the same time.
The Koom Valley Award for best ambush:
Adam Biltcliffe and Xanth, for their joint effort on Jacob Samuel Corteen.
The Sherlock Holmes award for clever detective work:
Robin Message, for deciding that Philip Bielby's running away was a cunning double bluff which proved he was mafia, making the first townsperson-townsperson kill of any Mafia game.
Doctor Watson:
Richard Gibson, for assuring everyone Felicity Boyce wasn't mafia.
The Ben Weaver With No Legs Award for lameness:
Paul David Morris, for doing nothing for 6½ days and then dying to lose the game for the townspeople.
The Igor Prize for the meanest accomplice:
George Davies made two kills and accompliced at least two more for which Jacob Samuel Corteen got all the credit. Those mafiosi and their crazy information games.
The Concerned Citizen Award:
Adam Biltcliffe and Xanth, who were the only townspeople to kill any Mafia.
The Catherine Zentile Award for least innocent innocent:
Charles Curry passed on much information both true and false to the townspeople.
Not entirely blameless:
Bryony Baines was a helpful witness when suitably bribed by the townspeople, and later an unhelpful witness when suitably bribed by the Mafia.
The Obfuscated Tutorial System Award for silliest pseudonym:
Michael Richards managed to be amusing while remaining vaguely in setting, and kept it shorter than most.
The Harland Quinn Golden Quill for the most amusing reports:
Michael Wallace, solely for the comedic timing of his report.
By popular demand, Samuel Borin also receives a mention here.
Popular demand also created the Ed Saperia award for bringing fire to a party, given to Alex Atkins for his tea-making apparatus, which had us all running away for fear of getting Portered.
