SNEAKING TOURNAMENTS

Pedagogy: Organized by Emma Pewsey, Jennifer Berry and Edward Anderson. Friday 23 February, 4:15 pm-5:45 pm, meeting by 4:15 pm in N17 Strachey Newnham (walk straight through the plodge to find Strachey. Walk up the first staircase therein to the second floor. N17 is alone in the corridor connecting N wing to the central lift. Specifics: Avoid traps, loop around and figure out how to "be invisible"! Bring no weapons. If you get within 2 metres of an opponent without them knowing you are there, you get 1 point and they are dead for 1 minute. If your approach is detected, however, it does not count and all present will have to separate out again till you are out of each others' sight. Say "Ping" to register kills and/or that you are alert to an attempted approach on you. Do not say "Ping" otherwise. * Do: look normal, act normal, look like you know where you are going, spread out over the playzone and keep on walking around. * Do not: lurk, run, jump out on people, nor go into siderooms more than instantaneously and not at all into multibathrooms or peoples' rooms. Only sneak up close to people you are sure are playing, do not worry or disturb any of the bystanders. * Neither this tournament nor any kind of assassins is any excuse to cause any trouble or nuisance, nor should be mentioned as such ``were you caught". * Out of bounds: Fellows' and Admin Staff's places, the Library and the Hall. The plodge and adjacent foyer you can walk through if you absolutely must, but you cannot stay there nor "Ping" there.
