LO7 Battle News: Jake Corteen and Ed Anderson kicked each other's asses in many, many rounds and cut down everyone else at will, especially in the rounds in which they were allied (2 of which were total wipeouts for no casualties). Jake got past 30 and Ed almost. Jake killed Ed an unprecedented five times, nobody else managed to even once, although Neville the Goth managed to take one of his legs off with a newspaper throw directly from the sun. Jenn Berry got past 20. Ed got 2 4-kill rounds, one with a quadruple kill slicing down flanker Simeon to double-jump Colin and Jake while spotting and subsequently Crushing their stealthy rearguard Jenn. Jake profited from the Nerf powerclip with spare powerclip and from the Max-d 3000, but was twice wounded by 30-yard tennis balls, one from Ed and one from Ben. First Rev and then others succeeded (or failed) at ramming people with an Inflatable Nuke. Rev also won a full weapons round with only a cosh, by stealing a flag and outrunning Jake. It was nice to see old CTF members Mike and Ed H. Ed H got a dive reverse jab kill.
