However, Tom Garnett teamed up with Mario Sainz--Martinez, who concentrated his efforts on 2-handedly firing a phenomenal amount of pellets on Ed Anderson, which occasional kill and many losses of arms and legs put Tom into the winning position. The end of the last round was interesting, with Tom succesfully lunging hard-to-hit Ed Nokes but being caught sideways-on in that lunge by Ed Anderson's, who unlunged with a backwards roll which avoided the immediate but not the following cover-fire from Tom's 3 team-mates. Tom 1st, Ed Anderson 2nd, Mario Sainz-Martinez third and Ed Nokes 4th, out of a field of about nine.
