Through its expansive network, encompassing over 800 universities in 95 countries, AIESEC is responsible for three main activities:

• the AIESEC Experience which all members take part in over the course of their time in AIESEC, developing leadership, professionalism, personal vision, as well as finding new friendships and fellowship as part of the global AIESEC community. See the Students section.

• the Work Abroad Programme, through which graduate members can experience living and working overseas in companies or charities. See the Work Abroad section.

• the Global Source Programme, the global portal for companies to source AIESECers as interns. See the Organisations section.
